Heidi
graduated from Guelph University with an honours degree
in Nutritional Biochemistry in 1996 and serves as a Scientific
Advisor, for the Human Nutraceutical Research Unit at Guelph.
She complemented her formal, conventional training, with the
two year Holistic diploma program, through the Canadian
School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), www.csnn.ca
and upon completion, applied to the Nutritional Consultants
Organization of Canada www.ionc.org
whereupon, the designation RNCP (Registered Nutritional
Consulting Practitioner) was granted. Heidi is a member of the
Edgar Casey Foundation and, has more than 40 published
articles to her credit.
Heidi was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. Food and people
have always been her passion. Her years experience in the Food
Industry, coupled with her educational background and ongoing
activities, have inspired her to bring a comprehensive, combined
approach to her practice as a Clinical Nutritionist and Wellness
Facilitator.
She provides one on one consultations, private and corporate,
group seminars & wellness facilitation on specific food, nutrition
and health related topics.
