NUTRITIONAL PROFILING

Nutritional Profiling determines the collective impact of a wide variety of factors on our current & future health status. It begins with a detailed nutritional history that includes dietary intake and patterns, age and stage of life, present and past illnesses and, family illness history. Work environment, medications and supplement use, are also taken into consideration.
The sum total of these factors combined, impacts on how our bodies are processing and assimilating foods and is known as metabolism.

Metabolism is a collective term used to describe the chemical and physical processes occurring in the body. Altered metabolism often presents with specific symptoms, long before diseases are diagnosed. Common complaints such as fatigue, changes in body composition, digestive complaints, food intolerance, elevated cholesterol and blood sugar regulation, are all related to specific changes in body chemistry.
